In this video, I go through five exercises I find crucially important to do when trying to solve lateral hip pain. As I discuss, it's important to address more than just the site of your pain and the label you've been given. Context is always important and persistent lateral hip pain doesn't automatically mean you have a nasty case of it, it could just mean you haven't been focusing on rectifying its underlying cause.
