Les ingrédients:
MOULE 18cm ( doublez les ingrédients si vous utilisez un moule plus grand)
caramel:
50g sucre en poudre
15ml d'eau
15ml d'eau chaude
2 bananes
2 œufs température ambiante
60g sucre en poudre
100g beurre fondu
1 sucre vanillé
100g de farine
préchauffez le four a 170°
cuisson: 28 min

caramel:
50g granulated sugar
1tbsp water
1tbsp hot water
( in a small saucepan, add the sugar and water allow sugar to cook until it begins to brown, add hot water and turn off the heat)
cake:
2 bananas
2 eggs (room température)
60g granulated sugar
100g melted butter
1/2 tsp baking poudre
1 vanilla
100g flour
butter for mold
Preheat oven to 170° bake it for 28 min
