For any of the 2nd gear turns, you could try take them in 3rd gear if you want more onthrottle stability. You could also take 1st gear turns in 2nd. The different in lap time shouldn't be much, if anything so do what is comfortable for you.

Lap time in the video is a 3:22.1 (Ferrari 499P Hypercar) using the default setup with soft tires, low fuel, 51:49 brake bias and 100% max pedal force.
