The INFORM Consumers Act aims to add transparency to third party sellers on online marketplaces.

While it doesnt provide for consumers to take actions against the marketplaces, it does ensure that consumers have accurate information to pursue third party sellers directly and requires the marketplaces to have ways to support suspicuous activity.
