This is an introduction to Advanced Filters in Excel that includes many examples of how to use this feature it covers how to setup your data, how to apply simple filters, and then how to build more complex filters.

This tutorial assumes that you are new to Advanced Filters or maybe have never even heard of them.

Once you get comfortable using Advanced Filters in Excel, you'll always feel boxedin when you have to use a regular filter for all but the most basic tasks.

This feature is a great tool for manipulating and analyzing data in Excel you can even copy only the filtered results to a new range, and or output only the unique results.
