In this video we're working on all of the fills and grooves for Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. This song has a great groove for beginners, a fun, iconic intro, and some great fills.

The main groove is a classic four on the floor groove. If you already know it, skip ahead to the intro and fills.
The intro is built on the classic two dotted 8th notes / regular 8th note rhythm. Watch out for the middle group on the second line. It's the same rhythm, but delayed by one 8th note.
There are four main fills to learn for this song. They can be a bit tricky for beginners, but aren't too crazy. Practice them slowly and you'll get them.
