Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, burnt umber (brown), deep yellow, fire red, green oxide
Other: #2 pencil, palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush Paint background with white, yellow and brown
2. pencil Draw outline for flower
3. #8 round brush Paint 1st layer of flower with red
4. pencil Draw outline for bird
5. #8 round brush Paint base coat of bird with brown, white, green and red
6. #8 round brush Paint stem and grass with brown, green, yellow and white
7. #8 round brush Paint shadow of flower with brown and red
8. #8 round brush Paint highlights on flower with red, yellow and white
9. #1 round brush Paint eye, beak and shadow areas on bird with black, brown and white
10. #8 round brush Paint 1st step to stamen with red and brown
11. #8 round brush Finish stamen with red, brown, yellow and white
12. #1 round brush Finish bird details with yellow, white, green, brown, red and black
13. #1 round brush Sign with black
