PAINTING VIDEO DESCRIPTION – This painting tutorial will take you through easytofollow, stepbystep instructions on how to paint this fun and exciting waterscape animal portrait image of "TROPICAL TURTLE" with an energetic whimsical feel and realistic look to it. Turtles, who once roamed the Earth alongside dinosaurs 100 million years ago, are the symbol of longevity, perseverance, steadfastness, protection, retreat, healing, and tranquility, and with their adaptability, they can thrive in just about any environment, from the murky swamps of the bayou to the thick and dense Amazon jungles, to flowing rivers of the Mississippi bason to comforting beach shores of the Caribbean. And it’s here, set in the warm turquoise water of the tropics, where this oceanic aquatic adventurer has immersed himself. While following this simple art tutorial, you’ll learn to paint this captivating seascape with depth, contrast and vibrant colors, creating beautiful and vibrant image. The first lesson you’ll learn in this acrylic instruction is how to paint atmospheric dimension in the background using color theory to mix custom water and sand colors and a loose blending brushstroke to transition the colors into one another with the intent on creating an inviting underwater world. Then you will give your tenacious tortoise form and structure by drawing an easy outline of the shell, fins, flippers and head with chalk and applying a simple base coat as a foundation. In this canvas painting for beginners, you will then create realistic looking dimension with properly placed highlights and shadows, followed by layering colors to give your shellencased curious critter a textured appearance. You will then learn how to add final fine finishing details to give your sunlit reptile a 3D effect like a photograph. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to make your huggable sea swimming dweller come alive with just a few natural colors, easy brush strokes, and drawn outlines. This is an image that you can easily personalize and customize in any way you want. If you love Disney and Finding Nemo, go right ahead and make your turtle look like Crush, and then paint a clown fish or a blue fish that looks like Dori. Go even further and make this an underwater oasis and add coral, seashell and seaweed, a shipwreck, treasure chest, or other sea creatures, like a shark, dolphin, jellyfish, crabs, lobsters, or anything your heart desires! Go wild and make him look like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle with amour and a bandana! Using only 3 brushes and 7 colors we'll create this conversational masterpiece that is sure to compliment any décor. Not just a beautiful painting, but and easy painting for beginners. So, let's get painting and let's get sipping!
