Take note of this homemade condensed milk flan recipe, which is one of the most popular sweets that you can prepare using our country's kitchen.

➖CONDENSED MILK FAN➖

INGREDIENTS:
Custard:
Milk 500ml
Condensed milk 370 gr
Eggs 5 units (size L)
Candy:
Sugar 100 gr
Water 60 ml


PREPARATION:
▪1. In a pan put the sugar with the water.
▪2. Make the caramel until you get the blonde color.
▪3. Remove the caramel from the heat so that it does not take on more color.
▪4. In a bowl put the eggs and beat them.
▪5. Add condensed milk and milk.
▪6. Mix everything well.
▪7. Put the caramel in a mold and carefully add the flan mixture.
▪8. Put the mold on a water bath (tray with water) and cover with aluminum foil.
▪9. Bake at 185ºC // 365ºF for 45 minutes. (depends a lot on each oven)
▪10. Remove from the oven and let cool to unmold the flan.

TIPS:
It is better to prepare the homemade caramel for the flan, it will give a very different flavor.
In case you use smaller eggs you have to put more quantity.
NO OVEN: This flan can be prepared in a pot in a bainmarie.
