Hope you guys are doing well. First of all thanks to everyone for the continuous love and support. Cuz of your love and support I’m here today and I’m trying to give my best whatever i have learned through this journey. Today I’m sharing this planche exercises video which i’ve been training for so long and I found out that this is insanely effective specially for those intermediate level athletes. I’ve been training calisthenics since 2018 so i’ve got some experience and knowledge and i felt like hey i have to share this to my loving people. So here it is hope you guys could learn something from this video and enjoy it.
