We are all unique in our illnesses and how we respond to and manage them so some of my suggestions may not work for everyone. They are instead how I have learnt to try and live the best life I can despite having them. This video was instead an attempt to try and find a more positive message amidst all the immense challenges and suffering of having had two extremely painful and debilitating chronic illnesses for 8 1/2 years since a ladder fall in January 2015.
