'Who told you you couldn't draw ?' a talk on how to unlearn the learnt . When the first creative blocks are built, what happens when play is policed. How to be free, play and enjoy creative freedom of expression without consciousness. How I have become a play permission giver and learnt to be comfotable with the dark to truly be open to the light of happiness and build interactive art to help others find there lost play.

Alex Box studied and exhibited as an installation artist before training to become a makeup artist, her main focus being on the relationship between bodies and the environment. As a makeup artist, she went on to explore this relationship, fusing art, science, nature and the magical for designers such as Gareth Pugh, Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney and Chanel. She is also a regular contributor to Vogue, Numéro, iD, Dazed and Confused, AnOther Magazine and V. Alex is known for pushing and blurring the boundaries between technology, art, and commerce with both visionary digital collaborations and as the creative director and cofounder of cult cosmetics line Illamasqua, shaping and creating the brand's image and products from conception. "My work has always been about embracing new formats and emerging technology. Through my marriage of art and science there is an endless landscape of possibilities"
