24 days for the first year
30 days pm after completion of 1 Year
some Companies are not carrying the leave balance more then 10 days to next year. But as per the labour Law
They will not Carry Forward for 2 consecutive years
leave salary is Calculated without unpaid and absent days
some companies paying on gross some paying on basic +house allowance,
sometime the transport and other allowances are not considered for annual leave accruals
