Lectins affecting Histamine Intolerance? How to avoid them in my food.

Follow
Going Green Mom

Today I wanted to talk to you about lectins, what they are, and where they are found. I am finding that removing lectins from my diet helps keep my mast cells stable, and helps me have less histamine reactions. If you have problems like MCAS, this might be something for you to look into and talk to your doctor about. I will be doing more information on Oxolates and Salicylates in coming videos, so please stay tuned!

**** I have also found out since recording this that apparently squash also have lectins in them, which makes lots of sense to me because I do react to squash in some cases as well. Just FYI.
