I love it, you love it, everybody loves it! Recipe for Yangjangpi is here! You might have never tried it but you cannot try it just once! Most delicious menu in Chinese cuisine is here for you to learn!

《Ingredients》
Chinese flat noodle, Imitation crab, Prawn, Cucumber, Carrot, Squid, Jelly fish(optional), Baby bamboo(optional)
Cabbage, Onion, Chives, Spring onion, Ginger, Pork, Shiitake mushroom, Treeear mushroom
Salt, Sugar, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Cooking oil

《Recipe》
1. Boil body of a squid for couple mins and place in cold water.
2. Break 1 egg and make flat crepe with an egg. Slice into thin strings.
3. Slice 1/3 pealed cucumber, 1/3 carrot, jelly fish(optional), squid, imitation crab and place on a plate along with prawns. (Separate little bit of squid and carrot slices in separate dish for later)
4. Slice 1/4 onion, baby bamboo(optional), 2 shiitake mushrooms, 500 pork.
5. Mince ginger(1spoon amount), slice white part of spring onion with 0.5cm width.
6. Cook Chinese flat noodle with weak heat for 30 mins then wash in cold water.
7. Mix the noodle well with 1 spoon of mustard, 1 pinch of salt, 2 pinch of sugar 1/2 spoon of sesame oil, place at center of dish in step 3.
8. Heat a new pan with 3 spoons of cooking oil on high heat. Once pan is heated, reduce fired little then stir fry ginger and spring onion in step 5.
9. When spring onion and ginger are cooked, stir fry with pork.
10. When pork is slightly cooked, put in 1 spoon of soy sauce, veggies from step 4, treeear mushroom, quid and carrot from step 3 and stir fry. more.
11. Put in 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, little bit of pepper.
12. Once veggies are completely cooked, put in 5 spoons of water(little more if it’s too dry) and chives and fry little more.
13. When step 12 is complete, place on top of noodles then place egg crepe slices on top.
14. Mix 1 spoon of mirin, 1/8 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of mustard, 1/3 spoon of sesame oil well to create sauce then pour into the dish.
