■ Lee Yeonbok Chili Pepper Japchae ingredients

160g red bean sesame flesh, 2 green bell peppers, half red bell peppers, 2 shiitake mushrooms, half onions,
1T potato starch, 1 egg, cooking oil
0.5T thick soy sauce, 0.5T salt, 2T oyster sauce
2T of red pepper oil, a bit of pepper powder

* Red pepper oil ingredients: white part of green onion (10g), 5 tablespoons thick red pepper powder, 1 cup cooking oil

■ Making Lee Yeon Bok's Chili Pepper Japchae

1. trimming vegetables
Slice 2 green pints and half red pints thinly.
Slice 2 shiitake mushrooms and half onions.
Thinly slice the white part of the green onion (10g) for red pepper oil.
※ You can add cheongyang red pepper to your preference

2. Seasoning the meat
Put 1T of potato starch and 0.5T of thick soy sauce in a bowl and mix them
Add the egg water little by little to the extent that it is coated in about 3T meat.
Add 1T of cooking oil and mix.
※If you add too much egg water, it may get tough and dry



3. Making chili oil for 3 minutes
Add 5T thick red pepper powder and 1 cup cooking oil to the chopped green onion and mix.
Put it in the microwave and turn it for 3 minutes.
Cool it down a bit and then filter out the ingredients in the strainer.

4. Put about 8T of cooking oil in a pan.
Put the meat in a heated pan and stirfry quickly.
※Chinese recipe to quickly blanch meat in oil to remove smell and moisture.
Put the stirfried meat separately with oil.
Put 2T of red pepper oil in a pan for 3 minutes. Add 2T of stirfried meat oil
