The hosts of American talk show 'The View' are keen to show "misery loves company" with US First Lady Jill Biden being the latest "leftie" to lose it on the program, says Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi.

"You'd think there was enough weapongrade crazy on The View from the miserable wackadoodle hosts – but no, the ladies of The View are keen to prove that misery loves company," Ms Panahi said.

"And they invite other lefties to lose it on their program, including the First Lady."

While talking on the panel, Jill Biden and others took aim at former US president Donald Trump.

Ms Biden said Donald Trump "can't put a sentence together".
