The mission of COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICES (CLS) is to provide access to justice through highquality legal assistance to persons of lowincome. Recognizing that persons of lowincome have wideranging legal problems and unique barriers impeding effective access to the courts, Community Legal Services will endeavor to provide the broadest possible intake and outreach services to address the needs of its client’s constituency. As a PILLAR in the community, we must always ensure equal access to legal information and enhance the legal capacities of our clients.
