Building and testing 3 Lego Technic mechanisms track crusher, automatic hammer and actuator press. To show mechanical principles of each mechanism, I used hydrogel balls, also known as Orbeez. Its a type of polymer made to absorb and hold water. It's also called water beads. They are soft and slippery, can be easily crushed with your hands, but I’m not looking for easy ways.
