A cake that smells fresh, summery, Lemon! The Lemon Delight cake is a dessert suitable for special occasions, whether they are birthdays, confirmations, communions, anniversaries... in short, it is a filled cake, with a delicate flavor and beautiful to look at! You will see, everyone will like it!

I will show you how to make the Sponge Cake simply with whole Eggs with a few small tips...

Bake at 175° Static 170° Fan for about 1820 minutes (the sponge cake being full of air cooks quickly)
⚠ Do not open the oven before 15 minutes!

For the sponge cake: 24 cm
5 medium eggs
100 g sugar
150 g 00 flour
1 lemon
Vanilla extract

500 ml milk
90 g sugar
2 whole eggs
4050 g 00 flour or corn starch
Grated lemon peel
Vanilla extract
Lemon liqueur “Limoncello”

350 ml water
34 tablespoons sugar
1 grated lemon
Lemon liqueur “Limoncello”
Lemon extract (or flavouring)

500 ml whipping cream
