"Les lanciers polonais" ou "Les Adieux des Chasseurs à cheval aux Lanciers Polonais" est un chant composé en 1814 par des Chasseurs à cheval de la Garde, en l'honneur des Lanciers polonais de la Garde Impériale (1er régiment de chevaulégers lanciers polonais) ayant servit dans les armées napoléoniennes de 1807 à 1815.

"Les lanciers polonais" or "Les Adieux des Chasseurs à cheval aux Lanciers Polonais" is a song composed in 1814 by the Chasseurs à cheval of the Guard, in honor of the Polish Lancers of the Imperial Guard (1st Light Horse Regiment Polish Lancers), who were in service in the Napoleonic armies from 1807 to 1815.
