In a completely ruined future, Dr. Ido finds a broken cyborg girl's head and brings it back to life, giving her the name Alita. She wakes up without any memories but quickly learns she has amazing fighting skills.

Alita becomes friends with Hugo, a young man who wants to escape to the floating city of Zalem. A dangerous bounty hunter named Grewishka starts chasing her, leading to intense battles.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ido reveals that Alita is connected to a powerful warrior called the Berserker. In a final fight against the mysterious Nova, Alita uncovers dark secrets. She embraces her true purpose and decides to fight for justice and protect the people she loves.
