Do you believe in reinCURnation? Atomic scientist Larry Blake (John Emery) does, now that his brother (killed in a plane crash) has returned as a mongrel. Of course Larry has trouble convincing others, including the dog's owner (Hillary Brooke), not to mention the physicians at the sanitarium where he is soon confined!
