I've heard quite a bit about the RGH 1.2 modification prior to now but didn't have a chance to actually install it into a console until recently. For the original Phat Xbox 360 models they could take RGH 1 up until a certain dashboard, after that they could only take RGH 2 or other similar alternatives. The problem with RGH 2 is that the boot times are normally not consistent with consoles, in comes RGH 1.2 created by 15432! In short: RGH 1.2 allows you to create an RGH 2 image but with modified timing files get super reliable, super fast RGH 1 type boot times! This was my first go at an RGH 1.2 so I decided to document the journey.
