Hi! How have you all been? This is a little different to my normal videos, but it's something that I think is so important to spread awareness of. This was supposed to be uploaded a short while ago, but due to my computer needing to be fixed, it was delayed. I tried talking in front of the camera for this one, but found it too difficult to talk about, so I kind of hid behind the screen for this one. I really hope that this video will help someone out there get the help that they need, if they are suffering with mental health issues. I hope that your having a good day wherever you, and never be afraid to talk to someone. If you do feel as though you are suffering please see your GP, or Doctor. Don't suffer on your own.
