In the quest for cotton watercolor papers at a reasonable price we have some nice paper options by Baohong.

Today I'll compare the "Masters Choice" branded packet of Baohong cold press paper and the large block of Baohong Academy cold press paper.

Both these papers are solid options for watercolor painters with some nice and differing characteristics. Both also share a common flaw of simple math. (spoiler: the quest for quality and price is never truly over.)
