Earlier this year I saw GhostCase kits for the original Xbox being sold for a pretty fair price so I decided to pick one up and install it onto one of my consoles. I decided to not only use this as a video opportunity, but to also take the time to upgrade whatever I could while I had a console open for surgery! That included cleaning up a bit, repasting the CPU and GPU, and upgrading the hard drive a second time from a 250 GB IDE drive to a nice shiny 1 TB SATA drive! This isn't meant to be a tutorial by any means, more of a build log chronicling my experience upgrading this Xbox and talking through it all.
