What are the rules for driving an electric vehicle in Ireland (or anywhere in the EU)? Well it depends if it's a PPT or an EBike or something called a Light Quadricycle. And it turns out my wooden car project doesn't fit in to any of these categories. Please Eamon, can you help?!
