The SAIL Home Activity Program is a set of seven simple exercises designed to be done at home by frail, older adults or adults with significant physical disabilities to promote health and wellbeing and prevent falls. There are three levels: 1) Sitting; 2) Standing; and 3) Moving. A Home Health Professional should screen all clients to ensure they are safe to do the exercises and to match the client to the appropriate level.
