We are big believers that life is too short not to follow your dreams. So in early 2020 we decided to buy and convert a van in Europe, to live in it full time and travel the world. The build was especially challenging for us since we had never worked with tools before or had any prior experience building things
After 2 years living in it full time, we decided it is time for a change and we sold our van and got ready to move to Australia.
We Are Monasi, an international couple passionate about plant based food, music and specialty coffee.
