Welcome to the day 1 update of my brand new build for the 3.25 POE league settles of kalguur. I'm not sure if lightning strike of arcing is going to work out but finding out is half the fun. Don't take this as a build guide as this is simply a build diary until everything is setup!

If this build can't tank juiced rogue exiles in the end, I will give up.
