NOTE: When you run a ghost engine with an ARC flywheel. You MUST replace the governed stock coil with the standard 212 coil!! Or it won't run! I thought it was 10 different things, the entire time it was the coil. I had thought the pulse pump was flooding, thought the carb was bad etc... It was just that I needed to replace the governed coil with an ungoverned one.

I had been thinking of lowering the seat bobber style on a Coleman BT200X for at least a year now. So getting out of one hobby and into this, I figured, why not... Let's get one and see if a regular guy can make something awesome.

When building a mini bike you usually just go from problem to problem. Overcome and move on. So this took me about 3 months to do in my spare time. One major thing I will always do differently, WILL NEVER USE SPRAY CANS AGAIN!! It's just garbage for a build like this. One touch of gasoline and it's all over. So use Kustom Kans or some sort of 2 part clear so your paint doesn't rot off.

I had lots of troubles getting the ghost 212 running. All I did to the engine was add the flywheel, and the Nibbi carb. Well she wouldn't start to save my life. So later I had found out that the carb extension from the accesory kit was upside down! That caused a huge leak in the carb. Once I fixed that, it was all good to go.
