A very beautiful festive cake that will impress both with its cut and delicate taste. It is prepared in one layer, quite easy and simple.
PRODUCTS:

Protein cake:
10 egg whites from very large eggs
300 g of fine sugar
185 ml of oil
80 ml of water
300 g of flour if the eggs are very large and 270 g if the eggs are smaller
2 tsp baking powder
Up to 1 egg + 15 g of cocoa
Up to 2 parts + 20 g of corn starch or orange jelly
Up to 3 parts + 20 g of cherry jelly
Up to 4 parts + 20 g of corn starch + 45 g of jelly powder with the taste of wild berries

Cream:
200 g of currant berries
30 g of butter
200 g of sugar
75 ml of water
10 egg yolks
20 g of corn starch
150 ml of cream with a fat content of more than 30 percent
500 g of mascarpone

For seepage:
125 ml of water
25 g of sugar
1 tbsp. berry tincture or liqueur * optional *

In addition:
15 pcs. Savoyard cookies
