line up motor screws every time

Lining up motor screws can be a bit of a pain sometimes, if you start with two adjaced screws you will find it a lot easier. The conventional wisdom would say diagonal for tightness, but we can still tighten in that pattern. This is just for lining up the screws in the long holes in the arms.
