Our recent Private Wildlife photographic safari lead by Bernhard & Hennie Bekker started off with an incredible first sighting of lions at Jones Dam on the S36 in Kruger National Park.

Although it was the middle of the day and the light was not ideal it was an amazing sighting for our guests with lions elephants and even ostriches showing up to drink.

The lions had a buffalo kill close by and they were taking a break after some feeding on the buffalo.

The waterhole is now a great place to go to see wildlife in Kruger Park in the dry times of the year.
