The Alec Baldwin trial continued Thursday with more testimony from crime scene technician Marissa Poppell. Poppell continued to reveal her findings from the investigation into the live ammunition that ended up on the set of "Rust" and in Baldwin's prop gun. During her testimony, things became tense and Baldwin shook his head in disagreement, later leaving the courtroom. Gun manufacturer Alessandra Pieta took the stand and revealed the gun used in the “Rust” film can only be fired by pulling the trigger, which Baldwin denies doing.

Baldwin’s armorer, Hannah GutierrezReed, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 18 months in prison. A judge will rule on these issues after hearing motions from the prosecution and Baldwin’s defense. Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42yearold cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
