David Swift is accused of murdering his wife, Karen Swift, in October 2011, after she was found dead in an old Tennessee cemetery. David was allegedly the last person to see her alive after she returned home from a Halloween party. When David was arrested, he had remarried and was living with another woman in Alabama. David has been charged with premeditated firstdegree murder and could face life behind bars.
