In this episode, we have Liz Carlson. In Spring 2016, Liz fell ill with a flulike “mystery illness” that she didn’t seem to recover from. Her energy levels plummeted, her cognition declined, her digestion fell apart, and most troublingly minor exertion often caused an immobilizing cellularlevel “crash” the next day that took many days to recover from.

After healing from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Liz is grateful for the opportunity to apply her experience to empower others on their road to vibrant health.
