Rise and shine Good morning everyone! Today we had probably one of the biggest loads ever recorded for one customer. A residential customer at that! This customer ended up living off of a main Highway with no side streets And no place to safely offload the vehicle. the customer or the shipper did not even offer A police escort for our safety. The craziest thing is that when you place an order there is supposed to be a questionair to ask the customer qualifying questions, now we don't know exactly what the questions are but the people who sent us there knew what was going to be on this order and how much material it was going to be in the address before we knew. Someone from the shipper could have checked it out.
