It was clear from the last video I made on loneliness just how many people relate to feeling lonely on their birthday.

It's a really sensitive topic for me to talk about, because it brings me so much shame that I don't have my own friends to celebrate with. still. and i'm almost 30.

So I wanted to dive into my experiences from one of the worst birthdays I've had, to creating a bridge on another.

And I just hope it helps someone out there feel less alone with feeling lonely on your birthday.
