In today's video it's all about moving to Orlando and the different areas that people are moving to and cities that I'm actually looking into for my first home purchase. I start out by breaking down the top 5 places to live in Florida and then breaking down the top 5 places to live in the greater Orlando area. Next I take you to a few areas that I recommend and show you some of the new construction plus some of the current listings and pricing. I start out in Winter Garden, Florida which is pretty close to Walt Disney World around the Hamlin and Horizon West neighborhoods and break it down. After that I make my way over to Apopka, Florida to break things down and show you an outstanding neighborhood that is still pretty affordable in this market. Finally I talk about my home buying experience recently and the things I'm looking for and not looking for plus I share my struggles of being a first time home buyer.
