Loosen Tight Glute Muscles WITHOUT Stretching!

If you’ve got pain/tightness in your glute or piriformis area, and you’ve tried massaging it or stretching it but it’s NOT working/helping (or makes you feel worse)... then this video will give you 3 "outsidethebox" ways to loosen that tightness WITHOUT doing more stretching!

Many people with lower back pain, pain deep in the buttock, and/or sciatic nerve pain (sciatica) problems experience tightness in their glutes or “piriformis” region. I want to share with you three (3) ways you can loosen the sensation of tightness in your glute or piriformis muscle:

So if you're trying endless glute stretches, piriformis release techniques, sciatica exercises all aimed at reducing your piriformis pain and loosening up what you feel is a tight piriformis muscle (tight glute) and you're just not getting the pain relief you want... then perhaps it's time to take a different approach!

Be willing to challenge the status quo and question some things...

Logic: If lengthening (or stretching) your buttock/piriformis area has not been working doing the opposite approach often yields the exact opposite result.

PS Resting your pain away won’t work. Stay as active as possible and keep your body in shape by doing any activity that feels safe & gets your heart rate up. Think of Movement as Medicine. There are 3 elements to consider… DOSE: How much. Frequency: How often. Timing: When.
Apply that to motions that you can "bottle up" and take as your medicine to make you feel good!
