Stranded by the Atlantic Tide while foolishly island hopping at 2 islands when the tide was out. This magnificent and largely undiscovered place is about a 10 minute drive from Parrsborough Nova Scotia.
Locals who I showed this to insist I was a couple of minutes at best from being swept out to sea. This is the highest tide in the world and rises to 50' in a matter of minutes.
I can't say that I would never do this again, but if I did there would be several HD cameras set up to capture it and I'd cut it substantially closer. Yes I know how crazy that is :)
Rendered from a Panasonic SDRH18 in upconverted 1080 (as best it can) and processed with Corel Video Studio Pro X3. This file is about 1gb
