Dynamic Golf WarmUp

Many of my patients that golf report low back pain while swinging the golf club. One thing these patients have in common is they rush from the office to the course, go straight to that first tee and take big aggressive swings without a warm up. By incorporating a dynamic warmup, one that goes from small movements to greater movements that are similar to the golf swing can help prime the joints and muscles used during the golf swing. This will allow you to play better from the first tee as well as decrease the risk of injury.
