Carbohydrate constitute major part of our food,  carbohydrate are  energy giving foods, 1 gm of carbohydrate  give us 4 calories , we should avoid simple carbohydrate  which release energy very quickly in our blood

We should avoid

White sugar,  and food items which are loaded with sugar  as coke,   Pepsi , fruit juice.
Refined flour,  as kulcha,  samosa,  chips ,  momos , sweets

Avoid fat  as ghee,  butter   and  oils
