Stretching is a process designed to improve the mobility of soft tissues, increase the Range of Motion of joints and flexibility.
All the stretches are to be held for 30 seconds duration
The stretches demonstrated in the video are passive stretches of lower limb muscles, performed by a therapist.
The muscles are Gastrocnemius, Soleus, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Iliopsoas, Gluteus Maximus.
