Luke's 1st Physical Therapy

During a visit with the neurologist I complained about my back pain and my poor balance. He recommended that I start physical therapy to help improve both.

In this video I explain my first visit to the physical therapist. I explain the exercises the and the tests I do and how difficult they are.

I also go into how difficult it was for me to get back on a treadmill after two years. How all of the emotions of training for a marathon came back to me and how I was tortured by the fact I can't even walk well.
