"You do get pernote pitchbend (and pernote pressure) with any MPE capable MIDI instrument on your computer or mobile device, standalone or within an MPE capable DAW"
So you can get per note pitchbend if your DAW supports it: https://www.midi.org/midiarticles/mi... (unfortunately for me, FL studio does not)"
