Going into my 3rd year on Lupron the cumulative side effects are really dragging me down. Between shrinking bones and muscles and new joint pain appearing weekly it is getting hard to keep my chin up (of course that could also be the muscle wasting ). I have just lost my gumption and motivation since the start of the year and wonder how to pull myself out of this rut.
