Mustapher became critically ill and was diagnosed with lupus at the age of 22. In this video you'll learn about his symptoms and his journey to diagnosis. You'll also find out how a classic lupus rash can be missed when it's on a person with dark skin.

But this isn't an issue limited to rashes in lupus. Physicians are less comfortable diagnosis and treating skin disease and rashes in people of colour. We're going to discuss some specific ways that we can start changing the system together!
